Novice, new to running, and experienced runners may all benefit from hiring a personal running coach. I will take you on a journey from carefully planning your training regimen, modifying the schedule based on real time assessment of your fitness level, and guiding you to complete and reach your personal goals.
Each potential client/student will complete a detailed questionnaire followed by an initial personal consultation so you can prepare and decide if you can benefit from hiring me as your personal running coach.
My services and fees can range anywhere from a one-time personalized training program to a more comprehensive curriculum that can include weekly one on one coaching sessions. This will depend on your time availability and level of commitment. All services include unlimited messaging by your preferred means of communication.
Different approaches work for different athletes so my coaching can be in-person, online, over the phone, one-on-one or in a group. I can help you identify your goals, individualize your training, keep you motivated, help you avoid injury and adjust training when they do happen, and I will continually inspire confidence in you. My goal is to build you up from your current running fitness to your potential level of excellence.
